4. Subscription & Recurring Services

- Clients may cancel future billing cycles at any time
- No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing periods
5. Chargeback Policy
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Submission of project records, communication logs, and agreements as evidence
6. Service Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Project scope
- Client responsiveness
- External platform dependencies
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
